Cochenille is not responsible for any lost, missing or stolen packages.

*International orders: The recipient is responsible for paying all customs fees, Cochenille will not re-ship or refund shipping on any packages returned to sender due to unpaid Custom fees. Please use the tracking information on the USPS website to view your countries designated postal carrier once it has been received into your country. You can then use this tracking number on the designated postal carrier website to track your package.
