Upcycling is more than a trend: it is a life-style that reflects conscious and creative intent. The question often is, how does one start to upcycle clothing? The answer is, there are many approaches, so let us share several of these with you.

Whether you  create new fabric, build a garment, or deconstructing one garment to make another, you will be inspired by unique results you can obtain and the feel-good sense of achievement that comes with it.

In this webinar, we will cover several approaches which include:

  • building a new fabric
  • reworking an existing garment
  • combining multiple garments into one
  • working to a template, and more.
  • creative trims

You can work with scraps, leftover yardage, existing clothing or any combination thereof.

We will also cover how to cut up an existing garment as well demonstrate a variety of sewing techniques you may want to add to your repertoire.

If you sign up, please check your SPAM folder for the webinar invitation as often browsers divert our emails there (due to an attachment and URL link).
